In the current version of Anthem the loot system is not horrible. It may be Anthem NEXT or even Anthem 2020/2021. So, let’s explore what news we got this time! Keep in mind that Anthem 2.0 is still in early development and nothing of what you hear or see is final, including the name.īioWare has not yet officially named this as Anthem 2.0. Nothing happens easy within EA, so this blog post had to wait for quite some time before it’s finished, approved and now finally live – on the last day of the month – July 31st. He teased a new faction coming, new melee weapons and builds and a possible PvP mode coming to Anthem at some point.Ībout two weeks ago Christian said that he started the next blog post. The first blog post from Christian back in May was more of an introduction of himself and to calm us all down by telling us that the Anthem 2.0 development has begun and is going well in its early stages.ĭuring the month of July Christian was very active on Twitter sharing insights of Anthem 2.0’s development process. BioWare is still quietly beavering away on its Anthem relaunch, and today has shown off a fresh look at the game's revamped character and skill systems.įor a game designed around the fact you went out to shoot monsters in a hulking great mech, the original Anthem had surprisingly few ways to easily tweak and tune the high-tech armour you were wearing.
